Struggling with depression, bullying, anxiety, self- esteem and challenging roles in families and other stressors that can make day-to-day task harder to do.

What can therapy do for me?

  • How can therapy help?

At Ascend Wellness, we don’t just teach new tools to cope with internal stressors.

Together we work to explore family dynamics, biological vulnerabilities, personal perception of strengths and areas to improve and experiences in life to see where symptoms originate, and how to better solve them.

  • Privacy for Teens in Therapy

To create and maintain a safe and brave environment, we push the importance of confidentiality and privacy for teens.

This means that we believe that therapy works when we give YOU, the teen, the private space to open up and share what is going on.

Therapists will ask for a regular check-in with your parents. Generally, the therapist will not share details of a session unless specifically asked. Exceptions are dangers of harming self and others, or if any elder or child abuse is disclosed.

If any of those experiences sound like you, know that we can work through it. Together.

We can talk it through, make sure it feels like an amazing for you!
